Stress can have a negative effect on every area of our lives including work, family and friends, partners, and our general health and happiness. Thankfully it is something that can be beaten. Stress can be abolished and happiness increased with some very simple practices. This course teaches practical and easy to implement techniques for reducing stress.
This Learning Path provides the knowledge necessary to identify when we are in times of stress, what is causing the stress, and how we can relax out of a stressful state. It also provides instruction on how to deal with stress in and due to others, especially in the workplace.
Each video provides the knowledge needed to recognize when we are in a stressful environment and how we can overcome and ease stress.
